About the Role
We're seeking a talented Senior Digital Analyst to join our Retail Media team at Tesco. As a key member of our digital analytics team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our retail media business. Your expertise in data analysis and interpretation will help us make informed decisions and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Digital Analyst, you'll be responsible for working closely with our product managers, UX designers, and commercial teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies that drive business growth. You'll analyze complex data sets, identify trends and insights, and develop actionable recommendations to inform business decisions. Your expertise in data visualization, statistical modeling, and customer segmentation will be essential in helping us understand our customers and develop targeted marketing campaigns.

What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a strong background in data analysis and interpretation, with experience working with large data sets and developing data-driven strategies. You'll also need excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. A university degree in a quantitative discipline, such as mathematics or statistics, is required. Additionally, you'll need to have experience working with digital analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, and be proficient in SQL and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
