About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Process and Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Permanent Futures. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving improvements in safety, productivity, and quality across our manufacturing lines.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process engineering and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with our production team to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Safety Leadership: Ensure the safe operation of our manufacturing lines and identify opportunities to improve safety protocols.
  2. Process Optimization: Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize our manufacturing processes.
  3. Project Leadership: Lead and manage projects to achieve process improvements and implement changes.
  4. Coaching and Development: Coach and develop our production team members to improve their process knowledge and capabilities.
  5. Root Cause Analysis: Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues affecting our manufacturing processes.
Requirements
  1. Technical Expertise: Strong background in process engineering and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
  2. Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and manage projects and teams.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  4. Education: Degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
