Client Director

We are seeking an experienced Client Director to join our team at Ecclesiastical Insurance Group. As a seasoned Commercial Insurance professional, you will be responsible for managing an existing book of business while identifying and attracting new clients in the Construction, Haulage, Waste, or Cyber sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a comprehensive Commercial insurance service to existing and potential new customers.
- Develop technical and industry expertise within your specialized sector.
- Utilize expertise to create product propositions for target clients.
- Offer market-leading risk management services, particularly for motor fleet risks.
- Monitor performance against objectives and provide regular feedback.
- Identify and generate leads via LinkedIn, cold calling, and partnerships.
- Work closely with the Account Handling and Claims teams to ensure exceptional service.
- Promote and maintain a professional brand image.
- Assist with marketing efforts, including content provision and industry event attendance.
- Expert knowledge of the UK Commercial Insurance Market.
- Proven success and expertise within the Construction, Haulage, Waste, or Cyber sectors.
- Existing book of business or clients within one of our specialist sectors.
- Chartered Insurance Institute Certificate in Insurance.
- Outcome-focused, self-motivated, and enthusiastic.
- Ability to manage time and prioritize work without supervision.
- Attention to detail, numerate, and accurate.
- Strong contribution to the team through ideas, initiatives, and concepts.
