About Studio RM

Studio RM is a creative studio specializing in color grading and post-production for film, print, and digital media. We partner with artists and brands to deliver high-quality visual content across our studios in London, New York, and Paris.

The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Producer with 5+ years of experience in film post-production to join our growing film team. As a Senior Producer, you will be responsible for the production and delivery of film projects, with a strong focus on client and internal relationships. You will have an excellent record of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced production environment, under tight deadlines, with a good understanding of digital workflows, including VFX editing and color grading.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement cost- and time-efficient post-production workflows on Adobe Creative Suite, Da Vinci Resolve, and Flame/Nuke.
  • Interpret creative briefs, quantify, pitch, quote, and negotiate post-production services, and schedule projects to meet exceptional standards.
  • Maintain regular communication and engagement with creative teams, including briefing, budgeting, assigning operators, scheduling client reviews, and tracking work orders and costs.
  • Manage production budgets, including forecasting and cost control.
  • Monitor project success and flag any problems to the Head of Client Services and Head of Production.
  • Foster new relationships with directors, DOPs, and production agencies.
  • Identify and develop new and existing Studio RM film talent, including editors, colorists, VFX artists, and flame artists.
