London Senior Producer (Maternity Cover/Freelance)

At INK Retouch Limited, we are a leading post-production company based in East London, with studios in Paris and Amsterdam. We specialize in producing high-quality work for industry-leading photographers and brands, from global advertising campaigns to indie publications.

The successful candidate will work closely with our senior team, including the Head of Studio, Operations Manager, and Account Director, to ensure the smooth running of all studio output.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual to join our team and take on a key role in the production process.

  • Manage post-production of jobs from initial schedules and estimates to final project delivery, coordinating briefs, treatments, and deliverables with fast-paced, clear communication.
  • Enable the creative process, seeking to make possible what creatives and photographers wish to achieve while keeping it within budget.
  • Maintain project-management software (Asana) with projects/deadlines.
  • Reconcile jobs, invoice, and liaise with the accounts department.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, experience with the Adobe suite is preferred but not essential.
  • Familiarity with the media environment in which the content lives and the creative and technical requirements for each.
