Join a leading multi-national employer as a Clinical Assessor

As a highly skilled Clinical Assessor, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive assessments for the Government's disability allowance (PIP) while ensuring a personalized, inclusive, safe, and empathetic service for the service user.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver face-to-face and virtual assessments, telephone assessments, initial review calls, and paper-based reports.
  • Manage caseloads from end to end, including breaks, CPD, audit amendments, requesting and reviewing further evidence, and team meetings.

About You:

  • You are a qualified Nurse, Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Paramedic with at least 1 year of post-qualification experience.
  • You possess excellent communication skills and strong IT literacy.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive basic salary of £38,500 - £41,500 + 5% retention bonus + rising to 10% quality & retention bonus (OTE: £45,650).
  • Hybrid full-time and part-time working hours available.
  • Training options: 12 weeks (full-time), 14 weeks (4 days per week), and 17 weeks (3 days per week).
