Job Summary:

Streamline Search Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for handling a variety of tasks, from reactive maintenance to new build and refurbishment projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform reactive maintenance tasks to ensure facilities meet specified standards.
  • Deliver new build and refurbishment projects to a high standard, on schedule.
  • Complete planned maintenance, testing, and minor installations, issuing valid test certificates upon completion.
  • Conduct minor works installations with testing and inspections, ensuring safety compliance.
  • Carry out planned and cyclical maintenance work.
  • Ensure safe operation of all equipment and tools, following safety protocols.
  • Use electronic tablet systems to submit time sheets, expense claims, and complete related tasks.

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified Electrical Engineer.
  • Experience in installation and maintenance work is preferred.
  • An understanding of current Health & Safety and safe working practices.
  • An understanding of working to agreed Service Level Agreements is an advantage.
  • Full driving licence.
  • A DBS check will be required.

What We Offer:

  • Hourly Pay - Up to £17 per hour.
  • Mobile role with occasional overnight stays.
  • On-call duties with a standby rate of £120.
  • Overtime rates - 1.5x for work before 7am and after 6pm, and 2x for Sunday work.
