Residential Care Team Lead: We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Deputy Manager to lead our residential care team in a state-of-the-art care home in Lancaster. As Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining operational and clinical excellence, supporting the Home Manager, and overseeing daily activities to uphold the home's high standards.

About the Role: This is a rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, the ability to develop and inspire a team, and comprehensive knowledge of dementia and elderly care. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with CQC, statutory, and regulatory requirements, monitoring residents' wellbeing, and updating care plans as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team in providing high-quality care and support services
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet individual resident needs
  • Foster strong relationships with local healthcare providers and community groups
  • Ensure the care home meets regulatory requirements and maintains its good CQC rating
  • Participate in on-call rota and provide out-of-hours support as required

Salary: £32,500 per annum (37.5 hours per week)
