Job Responsibilities:

  1. Build strong relationships with annual passholders to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
  2. Collaborate with our PR and marketing teams to develop effective marketing strategies.
  3. Provide expert advice and guidance to the teams on building commercial returns from our events.

About the Role:

  • This is an exciting opportunity for someone with business acumen and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • You will need exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage conflicting priorities and work under pressure.
  • Experience in the Heritage and Cultural sector would be advantageous.
