Job Title: IT Service Lifecycle Manager

Rotork is seeking a highly skilled IT Service Lifecycle Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of IT service management within our organisation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing IT service strategies, policies, processes, functions, and procedures that align with business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement IT service strategies, policies, processes, functions, and procedures
  • Monitor and report on IT service performance, availability, and customer satisfaction
  • Manage the ServiceNow platform to align with business needs
  • Ensure effective change management processes are in place to minimise disruptions and risks associated with IT changes

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT service management, including process ownership and improvement
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a team providing global 24/7/365 IT services
  • ITIL 4 Managing Professional certification or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive continuous improvement in ITSM processes
