Civil Enforcement Officers play a vital role in maintaining the smooth flow of traffic and rotation of car parking spaces within our Car Parks and on-street parking areas. We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in Dunstable, where you will work closely with our parking enforcement team to ensure compliance with parking restrictions through education and enforcement.

As a Civil Enforcement Officer, you will be responsible for providing a high-quality service to local residents, visitors, and businesses, ensuring that Central Bedfordshire remains a great place to live and work. You will work a shift pattern of 4 on 4 off, on a rolling 8-week rota, with weekend working and a mixture of early and late shifts between 7am and 9:30pm.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing civil enforcement action in accordance with our objectives and policies.
  • Working closely with the parking enforcement team to ensure compliance with parking restrictions.
  • Subject to Standard DBS clearance as part of the Recruitment process.
  • Requiring a full clean Driving Licence.
