About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Building Services Manager to join our ambitious and supportive team. The successful candidate will assist the Building Services Team in managing technical, QA, and coordination of MEP elements across various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  1. Provide Technical Support: Assist in coordinating MEP building and infrastructure services to ensure compliance with project requirements.">
  2. Maintain Familiarity: Maintain familiarity with assurance processes, codes of practice, and statutory documentation.">
  3. Support Project Delivery: Support the successful delivery of projects, focusing on technical and some commercial aspects.">
  4. Collaborate with Teams: Collaborate with project teams to ensure efficient and effective project progression.">

Requirements:

">
  1. Knowledge and Qualifications: Knowledge of MEP, M&E, and related engineering disciplines. Relevant qualifications such as HNC, HND, or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.">
  2. Industry Experience: Experience in the main contracting market, preferably with DfE and Design & Build projects.">
  3. Collaborative Mindset: Willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative team environment.">
