Risk Control Specialist

Key Responsibilities:- Conduct risk control surveys at client locations to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Write detailed reports with risk assessments and recommendations to help clients manage their risk exposure.
- Consult with clients on hazard control measures and provide guidance on best practices to minimize risk.
- Build relationships with internal teams, brokers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Conduct research on business operations and technical subjects to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
- Manage large customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Experience in safety, risk control, or related fields, preferably with a relevant professional qualification or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with clients, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
