Risk and Controls Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk and Controls Specialist to join our team at Robert Walters. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing risk management strategies, ensuring the robustness of internal controls, and contributing to our growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement risk management frameworks to mitigate potential risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and internal audits to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for risk mitigation.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective risk management and internal control practices.
  • Develop and deliver risk awareness training programs to enhance the organization's risk management capabilities.
  • Prepare and present risk and control reports to senior management to inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in risk management, internal controls, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with various departments.
  • ACA or ACCA qualified, with a strong understanding of risk management principles and practices.
