Job Description

This is a temporary role that involves managing a broad caseload, providing advice and support on all areas primarily related to planning, including drafting section 106's, certificates of lawful development, planning inquiries, planning enforcement, and planning-related queries and Planning Committees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake advocacy for the preparation and conduct of planning and other inquiries.
  • Provide advice and support on all areas related to planning, including drafting section 106's, certificates of lawful development, and planning-related queries.
  • Manage a broad caseload, including the instruction of Counsel where appropriate.
  • Conduct contentious legal business, including the care and conduct of planning inquiries.
