Job Title: Retail Team Leader

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Retail Team Leader to manage our stock taking operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of up to 60 stock counters, delivering the end-to-end stock taking service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of stock counters to ensure efficient and accurate stock taking operations
  • Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize stock discrepancies
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their stock taking requirements and deliver tailored solutions
  • Monitor and analyze stock taking data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Provide training and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in inventory management or a related field
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Full driving license and willingness to travel
