Development Opportunities in Engineering

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Engineer. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge in a supportive and challenging environment.
The role involves a combination of theoretical and practical training, utilizing Microsoft Education resources and occasional visits to an external training centre for hands-on experience.
- Examine and maintain equipment to ensure it operates efficiently.
- Determine parts and timelines required for installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Perform routine maintenance and replace parts as necessary to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate work assignments using IT and paper-based planning tools to optimize productivity.
- Ensure manual equipment is well-maintained, and mechanical tools are calibrated and organized.
- Offer advice to customers and clients regarding products, including accessories and spare parts.
- Construct products according to established industry standards, emphasizing quality and precision.
- Properly decommission equipment at the end of its useful life.
- Compose detailed reports utilizing clear, concise language suitable for diverse audiences.
- Maintain a safe workplace for self and colleagues.
Key qualifications include:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- An enthusiasm for engineering and a drive to advance professionally.
This is a full-time/permanent position, Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00, with a salary range of £29,250-£29,500 per annum, commensurate with experience.
