About the Position

This is a unique opportunity to work remotely, designing and delivering bespoke travel experiences for clients while leveraging your extensive knowledge of the Australian and New Zealand regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive travel itineraries that cater to clients' specific needs
  • Collaborate with suppliers to secure diverse ground arrangements that meet client expectations
  • Maintain open communication channels with agents and clients during the quotation process
  • Use web-based tools to verify live product availability
  • Process bookings efficiently through our in-house system
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout
Essential Qualifications
  • Substantial experience in the travel industry with a deep understanding of the Australian and New Zealand markets
  • Proven sales abilities with a history of converting enquiries into sales
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with GDS systems would be beneficial
  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
