Management Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our team at Hawk 3 Talent Solutions. As a key member of our accounting function, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day running of the Accounts Department, ensuring efficient management of the accounts function and strong financial accounting and reporting throughout the group.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the production of the monthly management accounts in a timely and accurate manner
- Produce manufacturer composites and complete weekly and monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Manage monthly payroll, reconciliation of off-sales DOC daily, and checking and verifying sales commissions
- Update daily estimates versus actuals, bonus debt reconciliation, and posting and allocating bonus debts
- Process EMAC statements, reconcile eBay, Shopify, and Amazon accounts, and optimize systems for efficient use
- Supervise the purchase ledger and ensure all invoices are processed in a timely manner and there are no debit balances
- Manage monthly suppliers BACS run and supervise the sales ledger to ensure all debts are collected
- Hold weekly debtors meetings with department managers and communicate effectively with department managers and assist them with any financial matters required
- Daily cash flow forecasting and cover weekly forecasting in the absence of the Financial Controller
- Retail motor trade or automotive industry experience
- Kerridge experience desirable
- Organized and good communication skills
- Excel and AAT qualifications
