Aircraft Maintenance Check Manager

This role oversees maintenance inputs, ensuring regulatory compliance and driving operational excellence. The ideal candidate will lead maintenance teams, certify aircraft for release to service, deliver daily updates, and manage team performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Leading maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of aircraft projects within budget.
- Certifying aircraft for release to service while maintaining regulatory compliance.
- Providing regular updates on maintenance progress and key milestones to senior management.
- Managing team performance, handling task allocation, appraisals, and fostering team development.
- Oversight of audits to uphold quality, tool, and equipment standards.
- A Category B Licensed Engineer with C certification for specific aircraft types.
- At least 5 years of Base Maintenance experience as a B1 and/or B2 certifying engineer.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and management skills.
- An estimated salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays, allowing for relaxation and personal time.
