About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Maintenance Check Manager to oversee maintenance inputs, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Maintenance Leadership: Lead maintenance teams to complete aircraft projects on time and within budget.
- Certification and Compliance: Certify aircraft for release to service while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Progress Updates: Deliver daily updates on maintenance progress and key milestones to senior management.
- Team Performance: Manage team performance, handle task allocation, appraisals, and foster team development.
- Audit and Quality Control: Conduct audits to uphold quality, tool, and equipment standards.
Requirements: A Category B Licensed Engineer with C certification for specific aircraft types, at least 5 years of Base Maintenance experience as a B1 and/or B2 certifying engineer, excellent communication, leadership, and management skills.
Compensation Package: The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, inclusive of benefits such as 25 days holiday + bank holidays, life assurance scheme worth 4x salary, pension contribution of 4%, and sick pay from day one.
