Mental Health Practitioner

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cognitive behavioral therapy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. The estimated salary for this position is £58,000 per annum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing cognitive behavioral therapy to clients with various mental health conditions.
- Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participating in clinical supervision and continuing professional development.
Requirements:
- Sufficient post-qualification experience.
- Accreditation with the BABCP.
- Ability to drive and use of own car is preferred, but not essential due to the availability of a car pool.
