We're seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Manager to join our team at Partou Up & Away. As a Nursery Manager, you'll have the opportunity to create a safe and supportive environment for children and families.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement the EYFS and oversee planning and record keeping
- Create lasting relationships with parents, carers, and families
- Build strong partnerships with local authorities, regulatory bodies, and agencies
- Manage a busy and thriving Nursery, influencing occupancy and staying compliant
- Identify training needs of your team members, working with them to develop plans for their future
Requirements:
- Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Maths GCSE
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Passion for early childhood education
- Experience in a nursery setting
