We're seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Manager to lead our team at Partou Up & Away. As a Nursery Manager, you'll have the opportunity to create a safe and supportive environment for children and families.

What our Nursery Managers do:

• Implement the EYFS and oversee planning and record keeping
• Create lasting relationships with parents, carers, and families
• Build strong partnerships with local authorities, regulatory bodies, and agencies
• Manage a busy and thriving Nursery, influencing occupancy and staying compliant
• Identify training needs of your team members, working with them to develop plans for their future

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Maths GCSE
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Passion for early childhood education
• Experience in a nursery setting
