As a Grounds Maintenance Operative with OCS Group, you will play a vital role in ensuring the upkeep of our outdoor spaces. Your primary objective will be to work collaboratively with a team to deliver a high-quality service, adhering to the highest standards of quality and safety.
You will be working Monday to Friday, between 07:00 and 16:00, with a 40-hour workweek. Your responsibilities will include:
- Planting and maintaining plants and trees to enhance the aesthetic appeal of our outdoor spaces.
- Maintaining the grounds to ensure they remain safe and accessible for all users.
- Operating gardening equipment and machinery to support the upkeep of our outdoor spaces.
- Working effectively as part of a team and independently, as required.
- Providing a valid driving license to support the transportation of equipment and personnel, as needed.
- Performing other duties as assigned by your supervisor and management team.
