Job Overview
The Behaviour Support Officer role at Harris Lowe Academy Willesden offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our students. Salary: £32,000 - £37,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
Your key responsibilities will include ensuring student safety and supervision before school, during breaks, and throughout lunch. You will also manage late detentions, promote excellent behaviour, and provide informal mentoring to students on Personalised Support Plans (PSPs). In addition, you will oversee the registration of students who are late to the academy, maintain accurate records, and liaise with parents/carers and staff to ensure smooth transitions.

Working Requirements:
This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You must be able to maintain confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive issues. A basic understanding of child protection procedures and behaviour for learning policies is essential. Successful applicants will be expected to undergo training and development to enhance their skills and knowledge.
