  • Working cross functionally to regularly communicate, influence & deliver customer plans successfully
  • Representing the customer team in trade, planning & sign off meetings, playing the voice of the customer, guaranteeing plans are delivered on time & against the KPIs
  • Organising & managing time successfully, including identifying & prioritising business critical tasks
  • Promoting efficient, simple processes & continuously looking for ways to improve

Requirements:

  • 5 or more years experience in a commercial trade facing role – eCommerce, buying, merchandising, finance, marketing planning, or retail management
  • Solid project management & communication skills
  • Capable of leading cross functional teams and can evidence influencing at all levels
  • Strong knowledge of retail within an omnichannel environment
  • Capability to transform complex data and insight into actions plans
