- Representing the customer team in trade, planning & sign off meetings, playing the voice of the customer, guaranteeing plans are delivered on time & against the KPIs
- Organising & managing time successfully, including identifying & prioritising business critical tasks
- Promoting efficient, simple processes & continuously looking for ways to improve
Requirements:
- 5 or more years experience in a commercial trade facing role – eCommerce, buying, merchandising, finance, marketing planning, or retail management
- Solid project management & communication skills
- Capable of leading cross functional teams and can evidence influencing at all levels
- Strong knowledge of retail within an omnichannel environment
- Capability to transform complex data and insight into actions plans
