Compassionate Care Leader for Rainbows Hospice

Rainbows Hospice for Children and Young People seeks a dedicated Trustee with experience in children's and palliative care to join our Board.

As a Trustee, you will be responsible for the good stewardship and governance of the hospice, working closely with the Chief Executive and senior leadership team to discuss, approve and monitor our strategy for development and success.
You will have oversight of our finances and resources, ensuring they are managed appropriately and in the best interests of the charity.
We offer a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of families across the East Midlands who are going through tough times.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality care and support, with a commitment to our values of compassion, empathy and excellence.
In return, we offer a competitive salary of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as reimbursement for reasonable expenses related to your role.

We particularly encourage applications from individuals who are underrepresented at Board level in the Health and Social Care sector.
