Damage Assessment Professional

Job Description:
Holt Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor to join their team in Motherwell. The successful candidate will have a strong background in estimating software and ideally hold an ATA VDA qualification.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of accident damaged vehicles to assess damage and estimate repair costs.
- Evaluate work providers' menu pricing schedules and repair methodologies to ensure adherence to contract requirements.
- Liaise with insurance and accident management companies to provide updates and respond to queries related to assigned jobs.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience using estimating software (preferably Audatex).
Benefits:
- A competitive salary of £45,000 per annum.
- A group bonus scheme available.
- Monday to Friday working hours.
- 22 days holiday per year, increasing to 26 days with time served, plus bank holidays.
