Senior Front of House Member Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our dynamic team as a Senior Front of House Member in Bournemouth, UK.

This exciting opportunity is part of our Corporate Hospitality department, which supplies food and beverage operations for all areas of the Client and Conference Centre.

As a Senior Front of House Member, you will be responsible for providing an outstanding experience to clients, working collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve food and beverages to customers, following prescribed methods of portioning, presentation, and combinations in line with brand standards
  • Perform basic food preparation and made-to-order services, including hot and cold food services in line with Aramark brand standards
  • Take payment and maintain financial records as required
  • Restock goods and ensure appropriate displays of merchandise
  • Clean back-of-house areas, crockery, and cutlery using equipment when trained to do so
  • Clean and tidy counter, light equipment, and public areas
  • Report to line manager any feedback, complaints, suggestions, stock needs, breakages, faults, or hazards identified during the course of work

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a conference or 4/5-star hotel environment (or equivalent)
  • Previous barista experience desirable
  • Excellent customer service skills and a great team player
  • DBS check required
