Job Title: Project Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at WestRock. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Sales team, ensuring the smooth execution of projects from initial concept to final product release.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Sales team members, including preparing project materials, coordinating meetings, and managing project timelines.
  • Assist in the development of project plans, including identifying project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including Purchasing and OEM suppliers, to ensure technical, manufacturing, and quality aspects are monitored.
  • Take direct feedback from staff to improve project performance.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Project experience preferred but not essential.
  • Self-motivated individual.
  • Effective communication skills, influencing and persuasive skills.
  • Accurate record keeping, computer skills, and general Windows software applications.

Working Conditions:

  • Based on site at Gorleston.
  • Minimal travel required.
  • 40 hours contract (hours would be flexible), regular day shift position.
