Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Recruitment Operations Assistant to support the smooth running of our recruitment processes in Scotland. You will work closely with Jules Grieve, Head of our Scotland team, who has built the desk from scratch to one of the most profitable in the business.

Your focus will be on operational excellence throughout the full lifecycle of the recruitment process. You will engage with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a positive and efficient recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist in the coordination of recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews, assessments, and onboarding.
  2. Conduct thorough market mapping for specific searches, including the creation of tailored candidate pipelines for clients.
  3. Support the writing and formatting of candidate profiles to present to clients.
  4. Liaise with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  5. Support the preparation and posting of job advertisements across various platforms.
  6. Assist with recruitment reporting, data analysis, and tracking of recruitment metrics.
  7. Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal, regulatory, and company guidelines.
  8. Provide administrative support to the recruitment team and hiring managers as needed.

We estimate that the salary for this position will be around £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
