We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Specialist Support Worker to join our team of staff supporting young people with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health issues.

This role involves providing additional support for students with Social Emotional and Mental Health difficulties in years 5-11. The successful candidate will be passionate about inclusive education and have a strong commitment to supporting students to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.

The Specialist Support Worker will work collaboratively with relevant colleagues to implement planned learning activities and teaching programmes, adjusting activities according to students' responses as appropriate. This role requires a high level of resilience and the ability to work effectively in a team.
