Our international exports span 240 different products to over 100 countries worldwide.

Job Summary

We are seeking an HR Administrator to join our HR Team based in Newtownards. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the wider HR teams in NI/GB, assisting with tasks to deliver an efficient and effective HR service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with Recruitment & Selection, Inductions, Training & Development, Employee Relations, HR Policies & Processes, and HR Systems & Projects
  • Provide high-quality administrative support to the HR function
  • Manage multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Communicate effectively at all levels and build relationships as part of a team
  • Analyse and sort high levels of data, with excellent organisational skills
Requirements
  • GCSE English and Maths (Grade C or above) or equivalent
  • CIPD Level 3 or working towards it (advantageous)
  • Previous experience in an HR department/office and related tasks
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems
