- Assess, plan, and deliver care across a broad caseload in various settings, including hospital wards, patients' homes, and care homes.
- Independently manage a varied caseload, prioritizing clinical tasks and utilizing time effectively.
- Work as an autonomous practitioner under the supervision of a senior clinician, adhering to the Directorate Supervision Policy.
- Contribute to the multidisciplinary team, participating in team meetings and collaborating with other professionals to plan and coordinate patient care.
- HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
- Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Effective organizational skills, including the ability to manage a caseload.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office 365.
