We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Electrician to join our team at the Guinness Partnership, a leading provider of affordable housing and care services in England.



This is a full-time, permanent position working 39 hours a week, with a competitive salary of £37,969. If you have a passion for delivering high-quality electrical services and a customer-focused approach, we want to hear from you.



Job Overview

As an Electrician with the Guinness Partnership, you will be part of our Fixed Wire Testing team, covering Guinness homes in the North West and Greater Manchester. Your primary responsibilities will include:





  • Delivering electrical fixed wire testing, installing, and maintaining up to 230v;

  • Accurately interpreting technical data & drawings and instructions;

  • Ensuring compliance with electrical safety regulations and industry standards;

  • Providing excellent customer service and working effectively within a customer-focused environment;

  • Maintaining accurate records and data, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our services.



Essential Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:





  • Certificated Electrician qualifications and demonstrated experience in domestic and commercial electrical works;

  • Proven knowledge and experience in electrical fixed wire testing, installing, and maintaining up to 230v;

  • Ability to correctly complete the relevant certifications, follow agreed procedures, and accurately record data and information;

  • Good working knowledge of Health & Safety Practices, and ability to carry out physical tasks and lift weights following health and safety guidelines.

Your Welcome Bonus is payable in 2 parts. £500 is paid in your first month's salary and £500 is paid when you pass your probation. To be eligible for the Welcome Bonus, you must be an external applicant and not currently employed by the Guinness Partnership.
