We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Health Nurse Specialist to join our team at Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on occupational health matters, as well as developing and implementing policies and procedures to promote staff wellbeing.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational health, with experience of working in a similar role. They will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team.

The role will involve working closely with other departments within the Trust to promote a culture of health and wellbeing, and to develop and implement initiatives to improve staff wellbeing.

The successful candidate will be a registered nurse with a degree or diploma in occupational health, and will have a strong understanding of the legal responsibilities of the profession.

The core hours of the department are Monday to Friday 8am to 4:00pm, and the successful candidate will be expected to work within these hours.

Requirements:

  • Registered nurse with a degree or diploma in occupational health
