We are looking for a driven Sales Leader to join our team at Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Stoneham, MA. As a Sales Leader, you will be responsible for growing our membership base and developing the skills of our front desk staff.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you can make a real difference. As a Sales Leader, you will be working closely with our spa associates to develop and implement effective sales strategies. You will also be responsible for scheduling shifts, managing expectations, and driving sales metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow our membership base through effective sales strategies and techniques
  • Train and develop our front desk staff in sales best practices
  • Schedule shifts and manage expectations
  • Drive sales metrics and improve overall performance
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years background in a membership sales-based model
  • Experience motivating a commission-based team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends
