In This Role

You will drive product innovation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and launch successful products. Your focus will be on enhancing the business intelligence platform, meeting customer needs while aligning with company goals.

The Lawyer operates a hybrid working model, requiring a minimum of two days (Wednesday and Friday) in the Waterloo office for meetings and team interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Product Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with company objectives, incorporating market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback.
  • Roadmap Development: Create and manage the product roadmap to expand use cases, develop new products, and improve UX, working closely with technology, design, research, and data teams.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Maintain internal stakeholder knowledge and processes, engaging stakeholders to align development efforts with customer needs and market opportunities.
  • UX and Product Launch: Understand user needs, advocate for exceptional user experiences, plan and coordinate product launches, and establish key performance indicators to track progress.
  • Market Trends and Industry Insights: Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies, leveraging data and insights to enhance offerings.

What We Need You To Have

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Proven project management experience.
  • Previous experience in business intelligence and digital implementation.
  • Ability to analyse market trends and customer needs to drive product innovation.
  • Complex stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools, including Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
