Job Title: Sales Account Manager - Wine Industry

Berkmann Wine Cellars, a leading wine importer in the UK, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including restaurant owners, wine merchants, and other industry professionals
  • Provide expert knowledge of our wine portfolio and make recommendations to customers
  • Manage customer expectations, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the wine industry
  • Strong knowledge of wine and wine industry trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
