**Role Overview**

We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader to join our Cooplands bakery team. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage the bakery when the Manager is not present, ensuring seamless store operations
* Lead and engage the team to promote sales, increase profitability, and maintain high customer satisfaction
* Participate in food preparation, store cleanliness, and serving customers
* Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives
