Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader to lead and motivate our retail team at Cooplands Bakery. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for managing the bakery when the manager is not present, ensuring the team operates smoothly, and promoting sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and engage the team to achieve sales and profitability targets
  • Manage the bakery during the manager's absence, ensuring smooth operations
  • Contribute to food preparation, store cleanliness, and customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction

Requirements

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader who can lead and inspire our team. If you have team leader experience or experience in hospitality/retail and are ready to step into a managerial role, we encourage you to apply.

Shift Patterns

Our shift patterns run from 6.00am to 18.00pm, and we desire candidates to be available between these hours. However, we can be flexible and will try to accommodate your availability.
