We are seeking a highly skilled Conveyancing Solicitor to join our dynamic team at Additional Resources Ltd. As a Conveyancing Solicitor, you will play a crucial role in managing residential and commercial property transactions, providing expert legal advice, and ensuring all conveyancing processes are efficiently handled.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle all aspects of residential and commercial conveyancing from inception to completion.
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, leases, and title deeds.
- Conduct property searches and perform due diligence on real estate transactions.
- Provide clear, practical, and strategic advice to clients.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal regulations and guidelines.
- Manage deadlines and ensure timely completion of transactions.
- Qualified solicitor in Scotland with an excellent academic record.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in conveyancing.
- Strong knowledge of Scottish conveyancing law and practice.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
