About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Criminal & Regulatory Solicitor to join our team on a remote basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting lead lawyers with regulatory cases, motor crime, and inquest work from incident investigation through to resolution.

To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 1 year PQE with experience in crime, regulatory, or care home inquest law. While applications from all PQE levels are welcome, relevant experience is essential.

The team deals with various types of cases, including health & safety, nursing/care sector, environmental, and motor crime cases. You will also assist with compliance audits. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent client communication, and a keen interest in building long-term relationships.

The salary for this position is around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus an attractive benefits package that includes flexible working arrangements and a comprehensive training program.
