We are seeking a skilled attorney to join our team as a Criminal Defence and Regulation Attorney. The successful candidate will work on regulatory cases, motor crime, and inquest work, utilizing their expertise to deliver top-notch legal services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough investigations into incidents and provide expert advice to clients
• Assist with case resolution and develop effective strategies to achieve the best possible outcomes
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the legal process
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience (PQE) in crime, regulatory, or care home inquest law
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a remote setting
Salary Range
£60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
