Job Title: Senior Product Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team at PDR Solutions. As a key member of our Product team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive investment product strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to build an Investments Centre of Excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive investment product strategy, leveraging market research, competitor analysis, partner, and client feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Collaborate with our Transformation team to detail requirements for future investment solutions.
  • Define, prioritize, and communicate the investment product roadmap to internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure that product controls, processes, pricing, and policies are effective, customer-focused, and compliant with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in and support the Heads of Product to build world-class product practices, centered on autonomous, KPI-driven development across multi-functional teams.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the management and development of innovative investment solutions, a strong knowledge of the UK investment market, technology market trends, and the ability to define and execute a comprehensive investment product roadmap.
