About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at ExtraCare Charitable Trust. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in achieving maximum sales and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure high standards of merchandising and store presentation are maintained at all times.
- Support the shop manager in promoting the Gift Aid scheme and adhering to company policies.
- Assist in the day-to-day supervision of volunteers and assist in their recruitment and training.
- Contribute to the overall success of the store by maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Requirements
- Previous retail experience and knowledge of administrative duties.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- IT literacy and numeracy skills, with good communication skills.
- Able to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities.
