We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at ExtraCare Charitable Trust. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in achieving maximum sales and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Ensure high standards of merchandising and cleanliness are maintained throughout the shop
- Support the shop/deputy manager in promoting the Gift Aid scheme and adhering to policies and guidelines
- Assist in the day-to-day supervision of volunteers and recruitment and training of new volunteers
- Previous retail experience and knowledge of administrative duties
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work as part of a team
- IT literate and numerate, with good communication skills
