Risk and Business Intelligence Manager

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing enterprise risk mitigation strategies to drive future innovation and success;
  • Leading the transformation to a digital environment, including the development and transition of the SL BU to the PowerBI InEight BMS;
  • Developing and integrating business processes for technological innovation solutions as part of our market diversification strategy in robotics, ROV & UAV technologies;
  • Creating interactive management tools to drive areas such as succession planning and leadership training.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Discretion and trustworthiness;
  • Strong organizational and communication skills;
  • Proficiency in relevant analytical tools and software;
  • Ability to identify and solve problems;
  • Capacity to align analytical efforts with organizational goals and drive business outcomes;
  • Proficiency in risk management software and tools to support risk assessment and monitoring;
  • Understanding of financial principles and metrics to evaluate risk impacts;
  • Ability to work across a wide portfolio.
