About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will work with older adults with complex mental health difficulties, providing psychological assessment and therapy in community, clinic, and inpatient settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide psychological assessment and therapy to older adults and their carers in community, clinic, and inpatient settings.
  • Offer advice to the multi-disciplinary team on psychological issues and provide consultation and advice to other mental health and physical health professionals.
  • Supervise a clinical psychology trainee and contribute to service development.

Requirements

  • Experience of working within the NHS.
  • Relevant qualifications, including a University Degree in Psychology and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology or Counselling Psychology.
  • Registration with the relevant Registration Body.
